She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and certified as a divorce mediator having completed the Rutgers University Specialization Program on Divorce Mediation.

Candace Scott is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New Jersey Chapter; the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section; the Morris County Bar Association and the Morris County Matrimonial Law Committee. She regularly serves as a Morris County Early Settlement Panelist, is a member of the District XA Ethics Committee, and a member of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group.

Carolyn N. Daly, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Seton Hall University School of Law, is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.

Attorney Daly is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section and the Morris County Bar Association, Family Law Section, where she serves on both the Matrimonial and Real Estate Committees. She also serves on the Morris County Family Law Executive Steering Committee, the Morris County Child Support Partnership Committee and is co-chair of the Morris County Real Estate Committee. Denise A. Wennogle is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Attorney Wennogle joined the firm in 2007 as an associate after completing a judicial clerkship for The Honorable William J. McGovern, III in the Superior Court, Family Part, Sussex County, New Jersey. Prior to entering the law, she enjoyed a successful career as a Medical Practice Manager working at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey and major New York City hospitals.

Denise Wennogle received the Outstanding Practitioner Award for Seton Hall's Family Law Clinic at the Center for Social Justice at the Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, she interned for The Honorable Lois Lipton in the Superior Court, Family Part, Bergen County, New Jersey.

Attorney Wennogle is a Barrister of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court, a member of the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, and volunteers for the Morris County Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project (BWLAP). She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the New Jesey Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
